PRODUCT: Omega H3000 Cold Press 365 Juicer
PRICE: $149.95 USD / $249 AUD
SHIPPING: Free shipping in Australia
ABOUT: Omega juicers have a great reputation, so once I knew I was staying on my celery journey this is the brand I went for.
I purchased this one because it was more affordable, and still did a great job producing more nutrient rich juice.
When I compare it to the other method I was using, which was blending and then straining through a nut bag, I do think there is a little less juice produced and more celery pulp using the juicer.
But it has been so worth the purchase as it makes the juicing process so much quicker and easier. And the juicer and its parts are extremely easy to clean.
Upon further use I have noticed that it can get quite loud as the celery is squashed through the masticating part of the machine, but I’m fine with that. I still think it’s a great entry-level juicer.
Features:
- Comes with 2 juicing screens
- Quiet operation (depending on what you’re juicing)
- Juice celery, fruits and vegetables
- Affordable
- Quick and easy to clean

Benefits Of Drinking Celery Juice
Anthony William, also known as the Medical Medium, recommends drinking celery juice daily for optimal health.
People who have tried the Medical Medium celery juice protocol have seen an improvement in a variety of medical conditions after drinking 16 ounces (approx 474 ml) of celery juice on an empty stomach each morning.
In his first book – Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal – he says that celery juice contains unique cluster salts that can help to heal the gut, reduce inflammation and flush toxins out of the liver.
His books are quite technical and heavy on medical language, which I’ll admit I don’t fully understand.
So what better way to see if it works other than to actually try it? And I’m so glad I did. My headaches and brain fog cleared, I felt more motivated and my energy levels increased.
A result of my journey to be more intentional is that I’m tuning in to an inner guidance system.
Sometimes things may not make sense. But I’m learning to follow these intuitive nudges.
Now I start every morning by juicing celery.
I didn’t want to go out and purchase a juicer straight away, so I started by making it using the blender method.
You simply cut the celery up and blend it in a powerful blender (I used a Thermomix). You then strain the celery juice through a nut bag.
This juicing process does have a high juice yield – so I was getting as much juice as possible out of each celery bunch.
When To Drink Celery Juice
The Medical Medium’s recommendation is to consume celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Drink approximately sixteen ounces (474 ml) to absorb its maximum nutrient value.
Celery juice can be blended with other cold-pressed juices such as apple and cucumber or ginger for enhanced flavor and nutrition, however, Medical Medium advises consuming the celery juice by itself.
Do You Use The Whole Celery?
This is personal preference.
Juicing celery stalks only means you’ll get less juice.
I personally don’t use the leaves or inner pale stalks as it makes the juice too bitter.
Ultimately, investing in the best juicer can increase nutrient extraction and more juice.
What Happens When You Drink Celery Juice Every Day?
Following the Medical Medium celery juice protocol can have numerous health benefits – depending on who you speak to.
I’ve read stories from those who drink it each day and report an overall increase in their energy levels, stronger immunity to disease, better digestion and improved skin clarity.
As with anything, I think it’s good to keep an open mind and try things for yourself to see if they work for you.
I have been drinking celery juice each morning followed by the Medical Medium Detox Smoothie for about one month now, and have noticed vast improvements in how I feel.
Types Of Juicers
Juicers come in two primary types – masticating juicers and centrifugal juicers.
Masticating juicers use masticating or crushing action to squeeze out the juice, typically with an auger-like system that grinds the fruit or vegetable into pulp before extracting the juice.
These masticator-style juicers are often considered to be the most efficient type when it comes to juicing celery, carrots, leafy greens and wheatgrass because their slow masticating speed helps to minimize oxidation during the extraction process.
A centrifugal juicer uses spinning metal blades to extract juice from fruits and vegetables by separating the solid material from the juice.
This method allows for rapid processing of large quantities of produce with relatively little effort, however it may result in more oxidation being introduced due to its high-speed nature.
Ultimately, choosing which type of juicer is best for you depends on your budget as well as what kind of juice you’re interested in making – masticating juicers offer greater efficiency at a higher cost while centrifugal juicers provide faster results at more affordable prices.
Is A Masticating Juicer Really Better?
Masticating juicers, as recommended by the Medical Medium, are favored for their ability to extract maximum nutrient content from fruits and vegetables.
Additionally, this type of juicer yields less foam and is a clear winner when it comes to making celery juice.
Therefore, if nutritious juices are your goal then a masticating juicer is likely the best choice for you.
Is a Masticating Juicer The Same As Cold Press?
Masticating juicers and cold press juicers are two similar types of juicers with the same purpose, to extract juice from fruits and vegetables.
A masticating juicer crushes and grinds produce at a low speed to preserve nutritional elements such as enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and natural sugars.
Cold press is essentially a subcategory of masticating juicers; instead of using blades for crushing/grinding, cold press juicers use pressure to extract juice from fruits and vegetables.
What they have in common is that the juice is extracted without heat or friction, therefore preserving the nutrients and minimalizing oxidation.
I hope this guide to the best Medical Medium juicer has inspired you to try celery juice to see what it can do for you!
